Tip of the Month - Copy & Paste

There are times you may want to print only a portion of an email, web page or document. Simply clicking PRINT always prints everything, and if it is long, it can result in lots of wasted pages. Here's how to print just a portion of an email, web page or document:

1. Highlight the information you want to print. You will need to click at the beginning or end of the text you want to print, then hold the mouse down and drag across the information until it all turns dark.

2. Click FILE, then click PRINT. (AOL users, you may need to click OPTIONS next).

3. At the next screen (this is for Windows users!) you should see your printer information. In the middle of this screen on the left side, you'll see the word "SELECTION". Click in the circle next to that word to put a dot there.

4. Click PRINT (or OK).

5. Voila! You now have a copy of just the information you highlighted. Have fun!
